Peter Pancakes is a mainstay of the Hermanus Country Market. Come sun, wind or rain we will be cooking up our delicious pancake mix for your enjoyment. Our pancakes come with a classic accompaniment of cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice.

Our pancakes don't need to be rolled by hand thanks to our home-made pancake rollers - "One Cool Tool". They are also for sale at our table, and make great gifts for anyone who enjoys a good weekend pancake fry-up.
